The educational portion of the Conference consists of three early sessions (8:40 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.) devoted to helping you better serve the public through your practice, regardless of whether you are a private attorney, prosecutor, or judge. New Mexico and Oklahoma attorneys can claim up to 14.5 hours of CLE, including up to 3.5 hours of ethics (CLE Approval to be Requested); Texas attorneys can claim up to 12.0 hours of CLE credit, including 3.0 ethics hours (CLE Approval to be Requested).

Cost of the conference is only $4,595 per couple (only $4,395 if either person is a member of TIBA), and includes:

  • ROUND-TRIP AIRFARE to Hawaii from Albuquerque, Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, Oklahoma City or San Antonio
  • Seven (7) nights in an ocean front room at the Turtle Bay Resort
  • Rental car for seven (7) days
  • Conference, all conference related materials, breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and all social events.

    Cost of the conference is only $3,450 for an individual traveling alone - includes airfare, rental car, Turtle Bay and everything else!

    We can also work out lower fees for Conference attendees who want to travel around the Islands following the conclusion of the Conference. Contact us for details (see contact information below).

    Cost of the Conference (and related social events) for people who want to arrange their own transportation and lodging is $475 per attendee ($900 per couple).
