Membership Dues are only $85 per year, and include free admission to all Texas Independent Bar Association seminars (except the annual Texas Criminal & Family Law Conference in Hawaii) and an email subscription to TIBA's G&S Texas Criminal Law Report.

Membership is free for law students.

Members can obtain delivery of TIBA's G&S Texas Criminal Law Report by fax, but must pay a long distance phone charge of $145 per year if their receiving fax is outside the local calling area of the Texas Independent Bar Association Austin office. Members can also obtain delivery of TIBA's G&S Texas Criminal Law Report by regular (surface) mail, but must pay a postage and handling charge of $165* per year (higher outside U.S.). Regular (surface) mail copies are usually not mailed until the date of publication (Mondays).
